01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using ko99 game in any capacity, you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement.

By registering, you confirm that you are permitted under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming activities. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ko99 game is lawful in your location.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When creating a ko99 game account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistan mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Not register on behalf of any other individual or legal entity.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

3.3 Account Currency

All ko99 game accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, deposit confirmations, wagering requirements, and withdrawal amounts are expressed in PKR. Ko99 game does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Ko99 game accepts deposits in PKR via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, and other approved Pakistan payment providers. The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. Deposits are credited to your ko99 game wallet as soon as they are confirmed by the respective payment provider.

Ko99 game does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside ko99 game's control.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. Ko99 game aims to process all approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Ko99 game reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where:

• KYC verification has not been completed.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Active bonuses with outstanding wagering requirements remain on the account.
• The account is under investigation or subject to a security review.

4.3 Failed & Returned Transactions

If a deposit fails to reach your ko99 game wallet after being debited from your Pakistan bank account or mobile wallet, please contact support immediately. Ko99 game will investigate within 48 hours and credit the funds once confirmed. Ko99 game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Ko99 game offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Pakistan members. All bonuses are subject to individual terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms will be stated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ko99 game account must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the total bonus amount multiplied by 30 in eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Ko99 game actively monitors bonus usage across all accounts. Attempting to abuse promotional offers through the use of multiple accounts, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other strategy deemed exploitative by ko99 game will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and any associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on ko99 game are final once confirmed. Ko99 game does not accept requests to cancel or modify a confirmed bet unless an obvious pricing error is identified (see Section 6.3). It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake in PKR, and applicable odds — before confirming.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets on ko99 game. These limits vary by market type, event, and your account tier. Ko99 game reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for individual accounts at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

6.3 Obvious Errors

Ko99 game reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to human or technical error. In the event of a voided bet, all stakes in PKR will be returned to the player's ko99 game wallet in full.

6.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Ko99 game uses automated systems to update odds in real time. Any bet placed during a delay in odds update is placed at the risk of the player. Ko99 game reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ko99 game and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

All content on ko99 game — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ko99 game or its licensed partners. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any ko99 game content without prior written permission.

The ko99 game name and logo are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use in any context, including on social media or third-party platforms, is strictly prohibited.

09 Privacy & Data

Ko99 game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on ko99 game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data — including your Pakistan mobile number, email address, transaction history, and gaming activity — as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ko99 game makes no warranty that the platform will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability, for which ko99 game will not be held liable.

12 Suspension & Termination

Ko99 game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, non-compliance with KYC requirements, or any other conduct deemed harmful to ko99 game or its player community.

You may voluntarily close your ko99 game account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in PKR will be returned to your verified Pakistan payment method, provided all wagering requirements and outstanding checks have been satisfied.

13 Amendments to Terms

Ko99 game may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email and/or an on-platform notification. The updated Terms & Conditions will take effect on the date published on this page.
